Cleanspine provides independent comparisons and reviews of nutrition apps. Our services are for informational purposes only and are intended to assist you in making informed decisions. We do not provide direct medical, nutritional, financial, or gambling advice.

3. Copyright

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, except as allowed by Section 4, is strictly prohibited.

4. Limited License; Permitted Uses

No print out or electronic version of any part of the Site or its contents may be used by you in any litigation or arbitration matter whatsoever under any circumstances.

Cleanspine may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Cleanspine shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us and our partners, attorneys, staff, and affiliates (collectively, “Affiliated Parties”) harmless from any liability, loss, claim, and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
